When finished the painting is lovely.

Your company had a problem with dried out paints due to the lids not being secure, wrong paints being sent, and I received two paints that weren’t on the color card. I had to improvise and buy a few on Amazon because the ones coming out of China are still not here. That’s a problem, waiting to have a problem fixed takes forever.

The canvas was good quality except for a rip they had fixed, it did cover with enough paint, I liked the artist concept of Grey Heron which looks like stained glass when finished.

I have three more from this company and hopefully they will have no issues.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I purchased this beautiful canvas less than a month ago. Setting up the paints they sent two different paint pots, the colors should have been blues and were oranges, not even the same numbers as on the reference chart.
I contacted them to get the correct ones and learned since they are in China it will take another three weeks or more. This was to be a gift so this didn’t help. I was in communication with someone on Facebook who said basically this was the best they could do.
I continued to paint with others colors until I got to #25 and #26. These paints were rock hard like a hockey puck. No water or flo aid would revive them after days of trying. I again talked to the same person through messenger who said there could be no refund and they can’t expedite shipping because it costs $50.
The person said “he talked to me more than his wife”, and “there are dishonest people out there”.
Any honorable company would make this right in a reasonable amount of time. Waiting for what would probably be more like 4 weeks out of China doesn’t cut it when they accept payment immediately and then send wrong and inferior product.
Oh, the two dried paints are because the pots did not close properly.

It was a joy to paint grey heron. The paint was very good quality and it was easy to cover the canvas with saturated colors. The lighter lines on the canvas made them disappear when painted on and it looks like a real painting. At first it looked to be a super easy project but you had to have a steady hand painting all the lines going thru the painting. I am very happy with how well the painting turned out. I made my own frame and molding just for fun.

I love this company. I'm very impressed by the guiltily of the canvas and the paints..

They created a canvas for me from a photo with some changes.

I have had other company painting but the paints were either dried out or the pigment of the paint did not cover even after 4 coats of paints..

I have order 6 more paintings and I love each of them. When I'm done I'll post them.

Such a beautiful Painting!

As always, I tend to come up with my own colouring for the paintings. This one turned out so well, because the template and colour combinations are exceptional. I love the contrasting dark and light of the composition and the modern take on traditional subject matter. There is more than enough paint in the little containers to really get the painting to look good without white in the background. Highly recommend this one for a dramatic painting project!

Bright and very handy magnifying light

This magnifying light is a great light-weight item. The batteries will last a long time and and stays bright for those long painting sessions full of detailed areas.

I absolutely LOVE these custom canvases! They are very realistic and look remarkably like the original photo. This is my 5th Canvas By Numbers piece and I'll be ordering more!

Absolutely Amazing!

This piece was as intricate as they come, but was an absolute pleasure to paint! The colours were vivid and perfectly complimentary to one another. Because I had ordered a 50x60 cm canvas, they sent me extra paint refills for the more common colours. However, the slight issue was that in the refill box, some paints were drier and one had completely dried up and peeled out of the box. Overall, this was a great experience and the result was beautiful
