Choose the finish that best fits how you like to paint and display your artwork:
- Rolled (No Frame) – The canvas is shipped rolled inside a sturdy PVC tube. It’s easy to store, travel with, or take to your local framer.
- DIY Frame – You receive a rolled canvas plus four wooden stretcher bars. Simply assemble the frame, stretch the canvas at home, and enjoy a snug, custom fit.
- Pre-Stretched on Frame – The canvas arrives already mounted on a wooden stretcher frame. Start painting right away and hang it up as soon as you're done.
- Canvas Board – The canvas is securely fixed to a 0.2-inch thick wooden panel, giving you a sturdy, warping-resistant surface ideal for tabletop painting.

An Illustrator of American Icons
J.C. Leyendecker was one of the defining American illustrators of the early 20th century, best known for his Saturday Evening Post covers and the iconic Arrow Collar Man. Weapons for Liberty reflects the bold, poster-style illustration work that made him such an influential figure in American commercial art.
Illustration Style, Not Fine Art Realism
Leyendecker's work favors strong outlines and confident color blocking over subtle blending, which makes this kit move at a satisfying pace with clearly defined sections throughout.
A Piece of American Illustration History
For more American-themed and historically significant artwork, our American and patriotic collection includes this piece alongside other patriotic and heritage subjects.
A Bold Statement for Any Room
This painting's poster-like confidence makes it a strong choice for an office, den, or anywhere that appreciates classic American illustration. Pair it with An American Dream, another proud piece of American iconography.
