Macneil etablerade ett företag i USA — Bronn — som producerade exklusiva skulpturer av amerikansk västerländsk konst. En av hans stora milstolpar var att se hans konstverk i Vita husets ovala kontor. Hans varumärkesstil var att skapa tilltalande konst som är tillgänglig för alla. Hans verk, av vilka många var stadsbilder , kan nu hittas i gratulationskort, konsttryck, heminredning och brevpapper.

Several of Macneil's designs come in both. With paint by numbers you fill numbered areas using the included acrylic paints. With diamond painting you place sparkling resin "diamonds" onto a coded canvas for a shimmering, mosaic finish.
