Enrollado (sin marco) – El lienzo se envía enrollado dentro de un tubo de PVC resistente. Fácil de guardar, transportar o llevar a tu enmarcador local.
Marco para armar – Recibirás un lienzo enrollado junto con cuatro listones de madera. Simplemente arma el marco, estira el lienzo en casa y disfruta de un ajuste perfecto.
Pre-estirado en marco – El lienzo llega ya montado en un bastidor de madera. Empieza a pintar de inmediato y cuélgalo en cuanto termines.
Tabla de lienzo – El lienzo está fijado de forma segura a un panel de madera de 0,5 cm de grosor, lo que ofrece una superficie resistente y a prueba de deformaciones, ideal para pintar sobre una mesa.
Cuatro consejos clave para elegir tu imagen:
1. Resolución/Calidad de la imagen: Cuanto más nítida, mejor.
2. Distancia de la cámara: Cuanto más cerca esté el sujeto de la cámara, más detalles podremos capturar. Las tomas en primer plano funcionan mejor.
3. Iluminación: Opta por fotos con iluminación uniforme. La luz debe provenir del ángulo de la cámara. Evita contraluces intensos, sombras sobre los sujetos, fotos oscuras o filtros de color.
4. Tamaño del lienzo: Los lienzos más grandes capturan más detalles. Elige al menos 16x20 pulgadas para imágenes complejas. Asegúrate de que tu foto coincida con la proporción del lienzo (es decir, elige un lienzo cuadrado si tu foto es cuadrada).

"The Storming Buffalo" was born out of a Facebook picture that was repeated 3 years later.
A farmer out of one of the provinces in South Africa wanted to hear if I can do a painting of a buffalo for him.
I asked Canvas By Numbers to convert a small picture into an A0 size. This presented some import issues at the borders of my country. We settled for the paint sets and a PDF version of the final product.
I printed it in SA and the framer pasted it on a backing board. This worked much easier than a block canvas.
After painting it, my "team" helped me get it to and from the framer, wrap it especially for a 900 kilometer road to its owner and then it was transported to the owner.
The video shows the surprise delivery and the farmer and his wife's absolute joy in receiving his requested painting.
They comment about having no words, wanting to cry and the character of the buffalo.

This was an immersive and fun project; I was proud to gift it as a housewarming present and excited to hear the reaction when it was received.
