It depends on the kit level, the size and your own pace. As a guide, Beginner kits take about a week of relaxed painting, Intermediate kits a little more than a week, and Advanced kits two weeks or more. A larger size or Premium detail adds time. It's not a race, so enjoy the process.

Flowers and Skulls, an Old Pairing
Putting blossoms next to skulls goes back centuries, to Dutch vanitas still lifes that reminded viewers how short life is. Floral Halloween Cats keeps that idea light and pretty. Cats, a ghost, a pumpkin and a skull are all wrapped in autumn blooms, each with its own little label, in orange, sage and plum.
A Gentle First Paint by Numbers
Minis are an easy place to begin, with fewer colors per canvas and bigger sections. Paint the flowers first on each design, since they repeat across the set and help you find a rhythm. Then fill the cats and pumpkin, and finish the lettering on the labels with your steadiest hand.
Seasonal Decor That Stores Flat
Display them on a mantel, entryway or office desk, then pack them away until next October. Find more in our mini paint by numbers collection or browse all Halloween paint by numbers kits.
