It depends on the kit level, the size and your own pace. As a guide, Beginner kits take about a week of relaxed painting, Intermediate kits a little more than a week, and Advanced kits two weeks or more. A larger size or Premium detail adds time. It's not a race, so enjoy the process.

An Island Vacation in Six Panels
Tropical Paradise collects six beach scenes: surfboards on the sand, hibiscus by the shore, a sunset cocktail under a tiki torch, a bowl of pineapple and oranges, a striped umbrella and a palm tree beside a board. Together they feel like a week of vacation photos, painted instead of snapped.
A Mini Set With More Detail
Unlike our simplest minis, these panels use realistic shading. Fruit, petals and palm fronds have several tones each, so the work takes a few sittings rather than one. That makes it a good next step for a painter with a little practice.
Do the sky and sea first on each panel, then the main object, and save the highlights for last so they stay bright.
Ideas for a Tropical Gallery Wall
Hang all six in a grid in a sunroom, a bathroom or a beach rental. They also suit a home bar or patio room. A single panel framed on its own makes a nice small gift for a friend just back from Hawaii. See more themed sets in our Mini Paint by Numbers Collection.
