Sandro Botticelli

Sandro Botticelli, ursprünglicher Name Alessandro di Mariano Filipepi, wurde 1445 in Florenz (Italien) geboren und starb am 17. Mai 1510. Er war einer der größten Maler der Florentiner Renaissance. Seine „Die Geburt der Venus und Primavera" werden oft als Vertreter der Moderne bezeichnet den Zuschauern den Geist der Renaissance.
