It depends on the kit level, the size and your own pace. As a guide, Beginner kits take about a week of relaxed painting, Intermediate kits a little more than a week, and Advanced kits two weeks or more. A larger size or Premium detail adds time. It's not a race, so enjoy the process.

Violet Skies and Spooky Moments
Under a purple sky, Violet Moonrise sets six small Halloween scenes: a black cat on the rooftops, a skull and pumpkin still life, a little witch on her broom, a moonlit castle, a swirl of ghosts and a potion table of pumpkins. Bright cream moons glow against those deep violets.
How to Get Those Moons to Glow
Paint the violet sky first on each canvas, and keep the edges around the moon neat. Then fill the moon last in its cream color, so it sits clean and bright against the dark. The silhouettes of cats, castles and witches go in after the sky.
Each canvas is small enough to finish in an evening, a calm way to unwind during spooky season.
Once done, they make an instant display for a mantel, an entryway or an office desk, and they pack away flat until next October. Find more in our Mini Paint by Numbers collection or browse all Halloween paint by numbers kits.
