It depends on the kit level, the size and your own pace. As a guide, Beginner kits take about a week of relaxed painting, Intermediate kits a little more than a week, and Advanced kits two weeks or more. A larger size or Premium detail adds time. It's not a race, so enjoy the process.

What Do Monsters Do in the Off Season?

According to this set, they go to the beach. Frankenstein tosses a beach ball, a witch parks her broom by the waves, a vampire sips a sunset cocktail, a mummy works on his tan, a skeleton catches a wave, and someone packed a picnic basket full of candy. It is Halloween with a summer joke built in.

Quick, Easy Evenings of Painting

Each canvas is small enough to finish in one evening. Bold outlines make every section easy to spot, and the tropical colors are bright and clearly separated, so the set comes together neatly.

Try painting one monster each night during the week before Halloween. By the weekend you have a full display.

Ways to Show Off the Set

Hang all six in a grid, prop them along a shelf or tuck one into each room. They mix well with our other Halloween minis, too. Find more small projects in our Mini Paint by Numbers collection or browse all Halloween paint by numbers kits.
