Choose the finish that best fits how you like to paint and display your artwork:
- Rolled (No Frame) – The canvas is shipped rolled inside a sturdy PVC tube. It’s easy to store, travel with, or take to your local framer.
- DIY Frame – You receive a rolled canvas plus four wooden stretcher bars. Simply assemble the frame, stretch the canvas at home, and enjoy a snug, custom fit.
- Pre-Stretched on Frame – The canvas arrives already mounted on a wooden stretcher frame. Start painting right away and hang it up as soon as you're done.
- Canvas Board – The canvas is securely fixed to a 0.2-inch thick wooden panel, giving you a sturdy, warping-resistant surface ideal for tabletop painting.

A Gothic Memento Mori
Memento mori is Latin for "remember that you will die." Painters have used skulls and flowers together for centuries to make that point, most famously in the Dutch vanitas still lifes of the 1600s, where fresh blooms sat beside bones as a reminder of how quickly life fades.
Bloom of the Damned takes the idea somewhere stranger, with flowers that bite back.
What You See in the Design
A bone white skull sits at the center, surrounded by carnivorous blossoms with fangs, thorned vines and an ornate scrollwork border. The palette leans on cool blues against deep reds, and the layout is symmetrical, which gives it the look of an old engraving or a tarot card.
Painting Fine Gothic Detail
The vines, teeth and scrollwork are the detailed parts. Paint the background first, then the skull, then the flowers. The border goes last, since its fine lines frame everything else.
It suits a curiosity cabinet corner, a gothic reading nook or a Halloween mantel. Browse more designs in our full range of paint by numbers kits.
