The Canvas by Numbers Difference

"We love Paint by Numbers and we love to do it right."

Quality materials

Our 100% smooth linen canvases are printed in high
resolution and color to reduce eye strain. The rich pigment acrylics will make colors pop up, and the four wooden brushes provide a great painting experience.

Cheap materials to cut costs

Low-cost cotton canvases with low-resolution black and white printing. Numbers are hard to read and can be frustrating. The paints are usually too thin or too thick. Cheap brushes that snap easily.

Solid 60 days guarantee

Love your product or send it back. Any damage, issue during transit or inconvenience is covered until the parcel reaches your doorstep.

Issues with sellers

Lack of quality control. Hard or impossible to enforce the warranty. Support is difficult to reach. Usually ends in PayPal or bank dispute.

Licensed Artwork

Canvas by Numbers backs artists by paying for a license or/and royalties. Purchasing from us means you are supporting artists to continue with their passion.

Stolen artwork

Unfortunately, many stores reproduce stolen paintings as paint by numbers without the artist even knowing and violating their copyright. Always buy licensed art to support the artists!

Professional packaging

Get your canvas rolled in a hard tube and forget about wrinkles. Colorful packaging ideal for gifts!

Inferior packaging

Folded canvases full of wrinkles shipped in a generic plastic bag. Sounds familiar?

Fun. Challenging. Turned out great!

Too difficult, too much small detail

Have been working on this for several weeks. The interior parts of this picture are really hard, and rather than being fun, I spend hours hunched over the canvas peering though a magnifying glass so I can try to get the details - like the sail rigging - correct. The print has many parts that are so small that there are either no numbers or they are so small you cannot read them. Worse, the canvas texture and paint consistency causes hundreds of missed white spots that appear after the paint dries so second coats are needed. Finally, they need to provide a much finer brush for the rigging details. Though the purchase price was not unreasonable, I think this particular design needs a lot of improvement,

The only gift that made my son smile

I bought this for my adult son because paint by numbers has really lower my stress level so I thought it would help him. And I must he really like the ship and is very excited to get started on it. As soon as it's finished I'll add a picture. I love doing this and everyone should get it a try.

Have been working on my painting for a few days. So far it has been more harder than I had thought. What I have finished I like. At my age(82) it is taking a while to get there. Working on it daily for about an hour or until my back say to quite. Not ready for a picture yet, but will send on when I reach a point where it is done enough to show something.
